The Interdisciplinary Committee on Evolutionary Processes (ICEP)
ICEP is dedicated to the understanding of evolution and the processes leading to the origin of the universe, and the diversity of life on earth and elsewhere in the universe.
The Interdisciplinary Committee on Evolutionary Processes (ICEP) is comprised of faculty members from various departments at Northwestern University who are interested in the study of evolutionary processes. This committee offers a Minor in the Study of Evolutionary Processes (MSEP) for undergraduates interested in sciences which study evolution and evolutionary processes.
ICEP also sponsors the quarterly Darwin Lecture Series, which brings scholars with national and international reputations for their work in a field associated with evolution to Northwestern. These lectures are free and open to the public.
