Youth & Opportunity United (Y.O.U.)

Y.O.U. is a youth development agency providing services and leadership for young people and their families. The team at Y.O.U works hard to support adolescents out of school through four major program areas: after-school enrichment, parental engagement, mentorship, and clinical counseling. These services ensure youth success across all their different environments – in school, at home, in the community, and in moments of crisis.

All their work is founded on three elements of youth development: engaging youth and building relationships; supporting youth in a holistic way; and sustaining youth success through positive partnerships with parents, community leaders and neighborhood partners.

Y.O.U’s vision is “that all young people acquire the skills, self-confidence, and opportunity to participate fully, freely, and responsibly in the life of the community”.
